Ahoy,
Our season is well underway with several opportunities to BE-Nautical. This months Local Notice will focus on Women, Wood and Workouts.
Women—
Designed and taught by women, these courses are intended for introductory sailing education—
Check out our Sailing Fundamentals and ASA101 - Basic Keelboat Certification. Both coursed designed to set you on a trajectory for future sailing certifications.

Wood
An update on our newest fleet member! Although her delivery date has been extended, White Oak Cedars new Berth will be announced soon. A few finishing touches and this newly built, modern wooden boat will be ready for students to experience both her sail plan as well as the difference a wooden boat brings. Look for her part of our teaching fleet at the 101 level!

Workout
Just as you'd prepare for any sport or stay in shape, it's essential to do the same on the water. Keeping your skills fresh, while expanding your skills, is critical to a well rounded skill set.

Skills for Sail - Saturday, July 15th
Racing Fundamentals and Racing Crew - Saturday, July 15th
Night Sailing Skills - adding a whole new dimension to your skills, and you'll see a few stars
Repeat a level - the best value to refresh your knowledge and your skills. BE-Nautical Students receive 1/2 of the course fees, pending space availablility.
Warm-up with a few knot or sailing videos - go to our resource page and pick your knot or skills.
Interested in Being Crew or Needing Crew? Sign-up on our Crew Page and we'll include you to other boat owners looking for crew.
